- Produced by Brown Bannister, Dan Marnien, Brad Crisler, and Carolyn Arends
- Featured guest artists: Phil Keaggy and Mac Powell (Third Day)
- A best-of collection from Carolyn’s first 3 albums, plus 2 new studio tracks and 5 live recordings
- 15 Arends originals, plus a cover of “They Will Know We Are Christians”
It won’t be long before all music fans (and not just Christian music lovers, I’ll bet) latch on to Carolyn. She’s an excellent singer and songwriter–she’s more Mary Chapin Carpenter than amy Grant, but she can rock, too! Carolyn’s the real deal, fellas. – Brian Donofree
Liner Notes
Carolyn thanks:
Many thanks to the great multitude of people who gave so much to the making, touring and promoting of my first three records. The memories keep getting sweeter, especially now that I’ve forgotten most of the sleep deprivation. If you were thanked (or should have been thanked) in the liner notes of a previous album, I undoubtedly only owe you bigger now.
To the crew that helped me make the new music: Brad Crisler and Russ Long (“good times”), Spencer Capier, Spencer Welch, Mac Powell, Phil Keaggy, Adrian Walther, Steve Brewster, Walt Aldridge, The Love Sponge Strings, Paul Hunter — thanks to you all for being so good.
Thanks to: Reunion Records, Street Level Artist Agency, O’Neil Hagaman, peermusic (Kevin, Kirk, Rod, and Karin), CMC, NGI, Sally Nordlund, Linda Rose, Pete Fisher, Creative Trust, Dark Horse Recording, Waltz Time Music, Woodland Recording, Blue Wind Café (Laura & Staff), The Carport Studio, Executive Travel, Taylor Guitars, Steve and Traci Bisher, Hank Nirider, Roy Salmond, Vicki Jennette, Rose Capanna, Brendt Waters and Joan Slonecker.
Industrial-sized thanks to Troy and Sarah at Five14 Artist and Tour Management — I can’t wait to see what’s next.
My debt of gratitude keeps growing to the friends and family (you know who you are) who teach me minute by minute what it means to seize the day.
All my love and thanks to Mark — and Ben, too — my daily reminders that life is sacred and God is good.
